[Oasfaa] Gates students

With ED's clarification on student data and how we can share - and not share - FAFSA data points, we've simply changed our habits for tribal needs analysis forms. We now complete the forms, provide the completed version to the student, and tell them that they will have to deliver it directly to the tribal representative. We haven't had any problems with this change in tactic in terms of negative feedback from the students.

However, with the new aid year cycle looming, we are now thinking about how to handle our Gates scholars. Since their submission has always been online, does anyone know what we'll be able to do as an alternative that allows us to be timely with our response for the students but remain compliant?
