[Oasfaa] OASFAA membership renewal

I hope this finds you all doing well, or at least managing as well as you are able under the continuing circumstances.

OASFAA membership renewals were automatically generated today, and for those who can pay with a credit card online, I hope you find this new method of payment convenient. However, when I set up the email template, I neglected to provide a mailing address for those who need to mail in a paper check.
