Summary of Position: Assist the director in all aspects of administering 
federal, state, institutional and privately sponsored financial aid by 
insuring the integrity of the computer support system, financial management & 
compliance w/all relevant federal & state statutes. Minimum Qualifications: A 
Master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from 
which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary. Five 
to seven years experience in Student Financial Aid is necessary. A Master's 
degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or Education is 
preferred. Detailed Description of Duties: Supervise loan coordinator, 
training coordinator, medical school financial aid coordinator, programmer 
analyst-expert and system support analyst-entry. Oversee computer software 
enhancement and maintenance. Review and report federal and state legislation 
and regulatory changes on issues related to financial aid. Prepare financial 
aid office policy and procedure statements for director’s review. Coordinate 
Federal Work Study program. Monitor and report fund balances on federal, 
state and institutional aid programs. Supervise completion of institution, 
state and federal financial aid reports. Render interpretations to 
professional staff on federal and state law and regulations. Coordinate
