[Oasfaa] State Regents' Staff Changes

I have some good news and some bad news.

The good news is that Dawn Scott (who has been responsible for a number of
scholarship programs such as the Academic Scholars Program, Regional
Baccalaureate Scholarship, Future Teachers Scholarship, George & Donna Nigh
Scholarship, William P. Willis Scholarship, and others) is getting married!
The bad news is that she is up and moving to sunny Florida with her new
hubby in a few weeks.  Dawn has been with the Regents' office for 7 years
and has done a wonderful job administering these programs.  We'll miss Dawn
sorely, and wish her the best as she starts a new adventure.  Dawn's last
day in our office is tomorrow.

More Good News:  The other good news is that Alicia Harris will be assuming
Dawn's responsibilities, effective immediately.  Some of you may already
know Alicia, who has been working for the Oklahoma Guaranteed Student Loan
Program for the past four-and-a-half years.  Most recently, Alicia has
worked as a Client Relations Specialist.  We are extremely pleased that
Alicia has joined our staff.  All inquiries related to the programs that
Dawn administered can now be directed to Alicia at (405) 524-9131 [its the
same phone number that Dawn had].  Those programs include all the following:

More Good News:  Also, for those of you who work with OHLAP (Oklahoma Higher
Learning Access Program), you may already know that we have added a staff
position to assist Carol Alexander with OHLAP.  Lynn Dennis came to us from
the financial aid office at Oklahoma City Community College and has been on
board for a couple of months.  Lynn has extensive financial aid experience
and is a great asset for OHLAP, which continues to grow by leaps and bounds.
