[Oasfaa] 2001-2002 OTAG Reporting Deadline

Good Afternoon,

Please be reminded that 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2002, is the
DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT IN THE OTAG OFFICE of updates requesting award
transfers, reinstatements, or supplemental disbursements.  It is also the
final deadline for reporting "packaged" status for potential spring semester
award consideration. 

We're serious about 5:00 p.m. on April 30 being the FINAL DEADLINE, and
requests for exceptions will not be favorably considered.  Thank you for
your assistance and cooperation in bringing 2001-2002 OTAG activity to a
close.

If you have an outstanding Disbursement Report in your possession, please
finalize it and submit your full report with reasons identified for any
cancellations or adjustments and with the Accounting of Funds section
completed as soon as possible.  If you have in your possession checks
payable to students that need to be adjusted, exchanged, or a supplement
requested, you will need to submit those requests in time to meet the April
30 deadline.

Please share this deadline information with all staff who may be responsible
for submitting updates to OTAG.

If you are interested in receiving name and SSN listings inclusive of ALL of
your fall 2001 or spring 2002 OTAG disbursements in order to balance with
the amounts current OTAG records reflect, please submit your request to
reports at otag.org or call 405.225.9456 or toll free 1.877.662.6231.
