[Oasfaa] OTAG Award Statistics

Good Afternoon,

Attached for your information is a document that reflects a by-school comparison of OTAG awards paid in the 2001-2002 award year and current awards committed for 2002-2003.  Many schools will notice that their 2002-2003 numbers are down, possibly signifying that there are additional students meeting the awarding criteria that could be considered for awards if their "packaged" status were reported to OTAG.  

At this time we are asking that you take a look at your school's numbers on the attached report as well as  your applicant pool to determine if you have additional students to report to OTAG for potential awarding.  We need your assistance in reporting packaged status so we can process awards for your eligible students as soon as possible and proceed to determine whether or not we can move the award cutoff date (currently May 15, 2002). 

Shipra Sinha is in the process of issuing new Eligibility Status Reports for those schools scheduled to receive them on September 5.  If you are not already scheduled but wish to receive a report in this cycle, please contact Shipra
