[Octm] Sample school improvement goals

I have received a couple requests for sample school improvement goals related to math.  I thought that this might be a good forum to learn how the different schools are addressing school improvement and the API.

As a disclaimer, I firmly believe that each school MUST develop their goals based on their specific needs and analysis of the data and should not just copy another district's goals.  BUT I also understand that sometimes it helps to see a sample goal to get your creative juices flowing.

So... if you would like to share your school improvement goal in mathematics, I will share it with the rest of the group (w/o naming any districts).

As a start, I will share a modified sample goal from Results by Mike Schmoker
By the end of the ____ academic year, the percentage of students who are achieving satisfactory or better on the 5th grade CRT in mathematics will increase from XX% to XX%.  (This could even be more specific...)

Then you will need to describe the specific actions (Action Plan) you will take to make this goal happen.
