[OK-AIR] Student rating of instruction

Friends,

If you have a moment or two, could you provide a bit of information about how you gather student input on instruction?


  *   Do you have a common form that is used for all classes?
  *   Is the process done on paper or online or some combination?
  *   Do you survey students in every class every semester?
  *   Can you share response rates for each of the formats (online vs. paper)?
  *   Is there an institutional policy about how much student feedback plays into reappointment, tenure, and promotion decisions?
  *   Other things I should have asked and didn’t.

Any information you can provide will be appreciated.
