Lone Star College invites applications for the position of Manager, Business Intelligence Infrastructure.

The position is a mixed leadership and technical role that will oversee and manage the Business Intelligence (BI) analytics team responsible for the Microsoft Business Intelligence platform in the Analytics and Institutional Reporting (AIR) organization. The Manager, Business Intelligence Infrastructure will be responsible for designing and developing data warehousing environments, coordinating and supporting ETL processes and practices, planning and managing project teams, as well as making enhancement to processes to ensure that implementations and activities are carried out in accordance with objectives. Position has accountability for assigned team and responsibility for planning, directing and coordinating activities concerned with carrying out objectives.

Required Qualifications:

*         Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of related work experience, at least 3 of them in a supervisory role.

*         At least 3 years' experience in developing Data Warehouse and DataMart solutions.

*         At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SSRS reporting and SSAS Analytics .

*         At least 3 years' experience with metadata based API processes, and the design and implementation of metadata driven solutions.

*         At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SSIS/DTS and/or other ETL framework tools.

*         Experience in data modeling and architecture.
