[Okgrants] Indirect cost rate resources

I have had several Privately funded and currently have one that allows the
IDC Rate.
The current one only allows 3% of Total Direct Cost less any internal NSU
expenses i.e phone charges, copier. It just depends on the awarding agency
and what is written into the RFP.
If allowed...then charge...even if it is just a small percentage.
