I don't know if you received any responses. I would at least make the request. The worst they'll do is say no and hopefully reference the law that precludes them from doing so.

Hello -
We have federal payments via SF-270 that have been pending since 6/29/2023 with a particular federal agency. I want to know if the grantee is owed interest on late Federal reimbursement the same as a Federal contractor.
I reviewed the Prompt Payment Act and it clearly applies to the Federal government making prompt payments on Federal contracts. But I can't find if this extends to Federal grants.
What I have found that pertains to grants is, if the grantee incurs late payments or penalties, that cannot be passed on to the Federal grant.
