Subject: Graduate student access to research facilities

Northern Michigan University is gathering data about graduate student
access to science facilities at other universities. This information
will be provided to our Provost and a summary will be posted to CUR-L
when available. We would greatly appreciate responses to the questions
on the attached form.

Note: It will probably be easiest to open the attached form and fill in
the questions. I have provided the questions below so you can see the
questions without having to open the document. Surveys can be returned
either to jrebers at nmu.edu or to the email address given on the form.

Thanks!
