The 2009NCLB Improving Teacher Quality State Grant Program - Request for
Proposal is now posted.  You can access the RFP, all the required
templates and appendices via following website:

Please note your proposal must meet the grant's minimum requirements;
such as partnerships requirement, participation of high-need LEAs, Type
A or Type B proposal designation, to be considered for review.  Also,
please share with anyone who may be eligible and interested.
