[Okgrantsmanship] Pre award vs. Post award

All,

I am in the process of gathering information about what other institutions 
do in regards to how they manage the flow of their grant administration in 
regards to who does what from pre award to post award.  If you could, 
please email me back and tell me what your institution does.  Do you have 
two distinct pre award/post award offices?  If so, what tasks does the pre 
award office handle and what does the post award office do specifically? 
Is there anything you work on together with, for example budgets?
