The OU Health Sciences Center currently has two positions open in our
Academic Technology division.

 

Job Opening:  Manager, Academic Technology, University of Oklahoma
Health Sciences Center

Position Information: Responsible for administration, management and
development of Blackboard course management system; design and
facilitate various training modes on course management systems and
plagiarism screening (face-to-face, online, hybrid); provides support
for college instructional staff and faculty via email, phone, F2F and
web based videoconferencing consultations; assists in administering,
managing and developing plagiarism screening solutions; provides end
user support for Blackboard and Turnitin; consults with college
instructional staff relating to online academic technologies; provides
technical guidance and consulting to optimize the preparation,
implementation and utilization of online academic technologies.

Job Opening:  Multi-Media Education Specialist  (Videoconferencing
Support),Academic Technology, OUHSC

POSITION INFORMATION: Facilitates the use of videoconferencing,
streaming media, web-based and audio/visual systems for residential and
distance learning. Assist and coordinate troubleshooting, interface
within IT and assisting students, faculty, and staff. Will also be
responsible for daily operations of the videoconferencing infrastructure
technology which includes the video bridge, gatekeeper, video border
proxy, maintaining an inventory, upgrading equipment,  as necessary, and
processing digital media.
