Directs and manages the Office of Sponsored Programs; identifies and notifies faculty and staff of grant opportunities; assists in the preparation and submission of proposals to funding agencies; negotiates and receives awards; promotes faculty, staff and student accomplishments in research and scholarly activities; has overall responsibility for all pre-award compliance issues; and administers the continuing education program. The Director shall promote the SWOSU environment of celebrating diversity in all forms.
