Dear colleagues,
I am seeking specific faculty to recruit for a videoconference discussion with faculty members of Brunel University, London, for potential collaboration in the following areas:
Advanced Manufacturing
Power Systems
Advanced Powertrain and Fuels
Design
Environment
Information Technologies
Law
I will be organizing a 1 ½ hour discussion around October 20-October 30 from 9 to 11 am. If you know a faculty member or team who would be interested in one of these topics, please connect us so we can discuss this potential collaboration opportunity. There is no need for commitment at this point, we are just at a planning/discussion stage.
Thank you,
Linda Mason, Ed.D.

Subject: Marie Curie Fellowships - International Incoming (into Europe and UK)
Dear CGR Members,
I have been asked to recommend applicants to the Marie Curie Fellowships board. If you would like to nominate or speak to a faculty member (or more than one) who may be able and interested in this concept, please let me know.
Marie Curie Fellowships - International Incoming Fellowship (IIF)
• For researchers based outside Europe to work in an EU Member State or country associated to FP7
• Have a duration of 1-2 years
• Any nationality can apply
These actions are for experienced researchers with at least four years research experience or a PhD. To be eligible applicants should not have been in the host country for more than 12 months in the previous three years.
The Marie Curie Fellowships scheme is open to all disciplines and applicants can propose a project of their choice, supported by a ‘host researcher’ at a host institution. The fellowships cover the cost of a researcher’s living, relocation, research expenses and overheads for a period of 12 to 24 months (full‐time). Applications are assessed on the basis of the proposed project’s scientific, academic or technical quality and implementation as well as the applicant’s training plans, research experience and achievements.
