Hi Tony,
This grant looks pretty flexible. The deadline is coming up very soon and you have to apply for an application using USPS.
Good luck!

Deadline Date - March 1, 2014
Grant Resource - Dr. Scholl's Foundation
Category - Education, Health Care, Civic Activities, Social Services, Cultural Activities, Environmental Conservation
Size of Grant - $5,000-$25,000 average
Cost Sharing or Match - No

Web - http://www.drschollfoundation.com/

Applications for grants are considered in the following areas:

*        Education

*        Social Service

*        Healthcare

*        Civic and cultural

*        Environmental
The categories above are not intended to limit the interest of the Foundation from considering other worthwhile projects. In general the Foundation guidelines are broad to give us flexibility in providing grants.

Over the past decade, approximately 35% of our grants have been related to education, 15% to social services, 27% to hospitals and healthcare,19% to civic and cultural with the remaining percentage spread out in the above categories. During the same period, 68% of our grants have been made in Illinois. However, like Dr. Scholl, we recognize the need for a global outlook.

Subject: [Okgrantsmanship] Thanks and Students

Dear Colleagues:

Thanks you very much for providing the data concerning your office operation to me. If you have not done so yet, I hope you will.

I have one more question. I have been looking for funding opportunities that would allow students to attend a conference. Specifically, I am looking for any sort of student travel funding to support attendance of a psychology conference. I am not having much luck finding anything and so I was hoping one of you has an idea.

Thanks

Tony
