We wanted to let folks know that there's a new open source (free) research administration system that was released by the Ariah Group on April 1st and available for download and evaluation.

The system includes pre-award (proposals, budgets and system to system), negotiations, post award (awards, time and money, and subawards), conflict of interest, IRB and IACUC functionality.  This is something that a tech savvy group could download and begin using immediately.  You can log in and check it out at the demonstration link below.
