Halito (Hello),

Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, the third largest Native American Tribe in the United States, is seeking qualified grant writers for federal grants and programs.  Certain materials are requested from interested grant professionals in the attached Request for Qualifications (RFQ).  The responses will be used to pre-qualify multiple grant writers.  The RFQ responses will be accepted until 4:00PM Central on February 20, 2015.  The attached RFQ document explains the requested materials and the process of collecting RFQ questions and answers electronically.
