Additional Information:
There is no registration fee or booth charge--the event is free, but registration is required.  Default presentation space will include a covered/draped 6 ft. table and 2 chairs.  Additional tables/chairs may be requested at the time of registration.  A light breakfast and box lunch will be provided to all registered vendors/volunteers.
You will be reaching students and teachers from all across Oklahoma.  We have reached maximum capacity for schools, with 1,108 students and teachers from 60+ schools already registered to attend!  We encourage organizations that plan to host traditional recruitment booths to consider including some sort of interactive, hands-on experience at their table to more fully engage students.  A brief 1-2 minute activity can be a terrific conversation starter!  Also, students get excited about freebies, so (if possible) plan to bring promotional materials, giveaways, etc., to further engage students.  These items should be distributed informally and directly to student from your booth throughout the day.
Follow these steps to secure your booth space and register your attendants:

1.    One person from your group should submit the Booth Registration Form (via the Booth Registration link below) on your organization's behalf.  The deadline to register a booth is Monday, Aug. 31 or when maximum capacity has been reached.

2.    If your organization will be sponsoring two separate booths (i.e. two hands-on science booths or hands-on science plus a recruitment booth), you only need to complete one online form to register both booths.

3.    Everyone who will be attending the conference in support of your booth must individually register via the Vendors/Volunteers<http://www.okepscor.org/calendar/2015wis> link at the very bottom of the conference Webpage at http://www.okepscor.org/calendar/2015wis by Tuesday, Sept. 1.  (You should plan to send a minimum of two people to the conference to host your booth and interact with students.)
