Subject: Severe Weather Survey

We have put together a quick survey to get information from people who were affected by last week's tornadoes/severe weather. The survey is targeted toward the people in our county warning area (48 central/western OK counties, 8 counties in western N TX), and we are particularly interested in hearing from people within our warning area affected by tornadoes last week.
