[Okgrantsmanship] Fringe Rates at Regional University for Externally Funded Programs

For:  Council on Grantsmanship members

I would like to inquire about the fringe rate used at regional universities
for externally funded programs.  I understand each university will have
uniqueness as far as the amount but am trying to get a good base on the
structure used to compute the fringe rate on external proposals.
