Hello CGR Family....

Just a reminder of the upcoming bi-annual meeting.

The event will be at Northeastern State University - Broken Arrow Campus.

Please dress comfortably....if possible....wear a team shirt from your organization.

This will help others to identify who you are and where you are from.

Looking forward to seeing you there....it starts at 9:30 with breakfast muffins and donuts.

Wow, it has been a long time since we have met!   Well....let's change that.

We hope all are doing well and you are ready to get back on track with our bi-annual meetings.

Our last meeting was October 4, 2020 at Northwestern - Enid Campus.  Since that time we have had the unfortunate gremlin of COVID-19 knock on many doors causing some of our colleges to lose valued members and creating havoc with our normal daily lives.

We have correlated with Ms. Christine Fisher who is currently working to replace Dr. Linda Mason at the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education- big shoes to fill. Christine has worked diligently to update our CGR member list with each of your colleges.   If someone or something on the list is incorrect please let her know as soon as possible.  You will find attached the Membership List.  This is the updated list so far (the version in the previous email was the old list), so if there are any additional changes that need to be made, please send to Christine.

The date for our Fall 2021 CGR Meeting will be:

Friday, December 17, 2021 @ 9:00am

Place: Northeastern State University Alumni Center

           Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464

You will receive an "Official" notice with all finalized information such as  lodging, maps, physical location of event and the finalized agenda once we have received some necessary information from you.

Information we need from you:

1.  # of Attendees - please collaborate within your college to obtain one response with attendance.

2.  Items you wish to add to the agenda:  We know all have had some issue with the CV-19 and the funding...please feel free to add what you would like to discuss or something you might need assistance in resolving.

3.  Notice of food allergies - we are planning on having a Morning pastry with fresh fruit and beverages.  For lunch we will have a Baked Potato Bar with salad and dessert.
