I wanted you to be aware that we will be sending notices by phone, text and email to seniors with incomplete OKPromise applications on file beginning later today (Friday, March 29).  We will be sending these out in groups over the next several weeks, and you may be hearing from some of these students.  It is best for the student/parent to contact us directly either by phone or email, which is included in the message.  The text of the message is below.

This is Oklahoma's Promise, the college tuition scholarship program provided through the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.

We received your application, but it is not complete. We have tried to notify you several times, but still haven't received the information necessary to complete your application. This is your last chance to complete your application to earn a college tuition scholarship! If you do not complete the application before you graduate from high school, you will not be considered for the scholarship.
