[S-SARA] COVID-19 State Actions Survey

Good afternoon S-SARA SPEs,

We are hopeful that everyone in your homes and offices are safe and in good health. With growing concern for protecting public health amid this pandemic, we see more school systems, colleges and offices closing to slow and hopefully stop the spread of the coronavirus. SREB is dedicated to helping educators, regulators and policy leaders as they work through the challenges that unfold from the COVID-19 outbreak.

With the recent guidance from USDOE and communication from NC-SARA, we are surveying the region’s state agencies/regulators to learn how your state authorization processes might be affected, and possibly altered, due to COVID-19. Please share your agency's updates and best practices by completing the COVID-19 State Actions Survey<https://www.sreb.org/form/covid-19-state-actions-survey> by close of business Tuesday, March 31, 2020.

The survey is short and should take 5 to 7 minutes to complete. If you believe this survey should be completed by someone else in your agency, or at a different agency, please feel free to forward this email to that individual.
