[USAO-Robertson] Mailroom - Fall 2019

Hello! I hope everyone had a good summer!

Now that the fall semester is back in full swing I wanted to remind everyone of the mailroom rules and policies:


  *   All mailroom business is handled through Student Services on the 3rd Floor of the Student Center.  This includes:
     *   Checking out mailboxes
     *   Picking up USPS packages
     *   Returning/picking up mail keys
  *   If you lose your mail key, there will be a $15 charge placed on your bill
  *   I do not hold any flat mail (paper mail, magazines, bills, etc) for any one that does not have a mailbox checked out.  If you are expecting something important please be sure to stop by Student Services and check out a mailbox.
  *   The mailroom only handles USPS packages.  Anything delivered by FedEx or UPS will be delivered to the Maintenance Plant across Grand from the soccer fields.  You can contact Danielle McAlister, (405)574-1233 for more information.
     *   Any USPS packages that are too large for your mailbox will be brought to Student Services.  You will receive an email from Student Services when your package is ready to be picked up.
        *   Some package shippers, Amazon in particular, will show the package delivered when it has reached the Chickasha Post Office.  This does not mean that the package has arrived at the university.  It is always best to wait for an email from Student Services or Danielle McAlister.
     *   You must have a mailbox checked out AND have your Student ID with you to pick up a package!
  *   Package pickup is during regular business hours only! 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
     *   If you need to pick up a time sensitive package (medicine, etc) please feel free to contact me via email (rsnider at usao.edu) or at (405)574-1215 to arrange a pick up outside of business hours.
