[USAO Housing]

As we enter the final weeks of the term, I want to remind you all of some things that have not changed in housing.


  *   Masks are still required in all buildings. Please make sure you have your mask in the halls outside your rooms and in the Lawson Clubhouse.
  *   The COVID visitation policy still stands. No one is to visit other residence halls.
  *   Residents have been giving their IDs to allow others to gain access to certain areas. This an unauthorized entry and disciplinary action will be taken. Do not give your ID or keys to anyone.
  *   Moving out - In April, information will be provided regarding moving out of housing and summer placements. If you decide to move out anytime between now and the end of the term, please email housing at usao.edu<mailto:housing at usao.edu> so that we can assist you with your next steps. Failure to complete a proper check out will be considered an illegal check out and residents will be fined.
