[USAO-Robertson] Move Out Instructions

[USAO Housing]

Good evening!



All residents must check out of their apartment/dorm by April 29th at 5 pm (April 30th at 5 pm for students graduating).



Below are instructions on how to check out of your apartment/room:

  1.  Remove all personal items, food, and trash.
  2.  Return the living area to its original state and complete the cleaning checklist (see attached).
  3.  Return your keys and signed checklist to the drop box at the RA desk in your building.



Printed copies of the cleaning checklist will be available at the RA desk.



Turning in housing keys and the attached checklist will be considered an official checkout. Once keys have been placed in the drop box, a member of the housing staff will check the residence for cleanliness and damages. Residents will be charged an item removal fee of $50 per trash bag. Failure to turn in keys, clean the residence appropriately, and damages found may result in additional charges.



If you are staying for independent study or summer, please follow the separate instructions emailed to you.
