[USAO-Robertson] SCHEDULED NETWORK OUTAGE/MAINTENANCE @ USAO -- May 6th (Tuesday) from 6 PM to 10 PM

We are continuing work on the maintenance that we started yesterday of our campus firewall.

DATE: May 6th (Tuesday)

TIME: 6 PM to 10 PM
NOTE: We may be finished well before the 6-10 PM timeframe for tonight, but the entire ETA is reserved.

DETAILS: Follow-up/secondary migration of the campus firewall To OneNet's datacenter.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU: During the upgrade, the campus network (i.e. internet, wired and wireless) will either be down or intermittently working.

If you run into any issues after the maintenance has been completed, please let us know by sending an email to ithelpdesk at usao.edu<mailto:ithelpdesk at usao.edu>
