[USAO-Robertson] SCHEDULED NETWORK OUTAGE/MAINTENANCE @ USAO -- May 6th (Tuesday) from 6 PM to 10 PM

UPDATE:

We finished migrating the campus firewall to our ISP (OneNet) at 8 PM tonight.

The only issue we have found so far is that the Self Service webpage does not load when using cellular data providers (i.e. AT&T, T-Mobile). We have alerted OneNet of this issue and expect to have it resolved by tomorrow or sooner.

Otherwise, Self Service is fully accessible via a standard WiFi connection from your home internet or from the USAO campus.

A follow-up email will be sent out as soon as we have confirmation that the above issue is resolved.

NOTE: We may be finished well before the 6-10 PM timeframe for tonight, but the entire ETA is reserved.

DETAILS: Follow-up/secondary migration of the campus firewall To OneNet's datacenter.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU: During the upgrade, the campus network (i.e. internet, wired and wireless) will either be down or intermittently working.
