[COPLAC-IR] old data in COPLAC Annual Data Profile...

Hi all,

I think a discussion about may have occurred last year, so I'm sorry if
this is rehashing old business --

Why is the COPLAC Data Profile asking for data that is older than what is
currently available? In other words, why don't we use the same time frames
as all the IPEDS surveys we just locked down and the 2012-2013 CDS? That
would not be too onerous, but trying to dig up all this old stuff that was
done by somebody else will be much more difficult. I would imagine the
President's would like the data to be as current as possible.

It does look like Section II is asking for data from CDS 2012-2013, but
Section I is asking for data from CDS 2011-2012, which makes it really
confusing.
