[Counselors] Question for counselors

 I was curious if any counselor out there had a template they used when a new student arrived into their district that gave summary information about that student?   I usually type up a short paragraph about where the student is coming from and a brief summary of why and attach it to the transferring grades.  I feel that it helps the teachers to get to know the new student.  I figured someone out there has something better!  You guys always have great ideas.  :)
