Kacie:  I do a spirit week just like for football or basketball
homecoming.  We dress up in some fun way every day.  Then all  our teachers
forms groups to practice and we do a pep rally for the students the day
before we start the test.  Teachers create their own routine to music  they
choose or a skit that goes along with testing.  I am a 3rd &4th grade
counselor but I did it in my last school which was PreK-12th.
