[Counselors] Dropping a Concurrent Class

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

Ok. How do you handle their high school transcript? They get a NC but do you average that into the high GPA? What class do you put them in at the high school, an elective? This is for a college class that isn't needed for high school graduation requirements.

If a student withdraws before they earn the NC at the college, we will tell them they have to return to the building or pick up a second session fast track course. If they earn the NC we post it, if they come back to the building and have  passed the 10 day rule, we post a NC but they have to come to school.

What do you do on a student's high school transcript if the student withdraws from a class in the middle of the semester?
