We prefer that they meet during elective classes, but we allow them to visit
with the students as needed.

We ask for credentials.

We cooperate fully with DHS and Juvenile Officers.

Subject: [Counselors] DHS workers and Juvenile Officers

1. How do you handle new DHS workers or Juvenile Officers when they come
to your school wanting information on a student?

2. What paperwork do you ask for from them?

3. When do you allow them to visit with your students, during the same
elective, before/after school?

4. Please share anything else that you have to offer.

Thank you,
