[Counselors] Concurrent permission slips for counselor's to check grades

[OSRHE EPAS PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

Hi,
Attached is a draft of our Concurrent Enrollment Agreement and second page
is our Concurrent Enrollment Procedures.   The Agreement (first page)
outlines how we track our student's grades for concurrent courses.  Our
local community college will not grant us access to student's information
regarding attendance and grades, so we placed that responsibility on the
student/parent.
