[Counselors] drivers license letter

[OSRHEStudent Prep PK-12 Counselor Discussion Board]

Above the signature line under documentation of reading proficiency, I
typed the following statement:

  *TESTING WAIVED DUE TO COVID 19 SPRING TESTING CANCELATION  *

I haven't had any returned with that statement on the form.
