> The English version 2007-2008 OTAG Application Form for Students Who Are Not Eligible to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is now available in high resolution pdf format at http://www.okhighered.org/student-center/financial-aid/OTAG-undoc-Eng-app-07-08.pdf.

> We are also having forms printed with pre-addressed envelopes.  As soon as the printed forms arrive in our office, we will mail application forms to all students who applied using this alternative OTAG application process in 2006-2007 as well as to a mailing list of student and high school representatives who have submitted requests to our office.  If you would like to receive a supply of the printed application forms for your campus, send a message to reports at otag.org, and we will add your request to our mailing list.  Also, feel free to print from the pdf as needed.
