The following resources are for schools that are using OKcollegestart.org to implement Individual Career Academic Plans (ICAPs) with the class of 2023. If your school is using another website for ICAP, please contact them for assistance.

OKcollegestart has gathered resources to help you and your students complete required ICAP activities during times of distance learning. Please keep in mind that ICAP is only required this year for current freshmen, and the only requirements that are to be done annually are the career and interest inventory, written postsecondary goal and course reflection. All resources mentioned below can be found on the Resources tab of your Professional Center<https://procenter.okcollegestart.org/> account.

USER GUIDES FOR STUDENTS
The three attached user guides for students outline how your current 9th graders can complete each of the ICAP requirements listed in law.

  1.  Career and Interest Assessments (Interest Profiler, Career Cluster Survey, etc. Activity name may vary by district.)
  2.  My Goals & Action Plans
  3.  Your Plan of Study

CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS
Students and staff are welcome to contact XAP Customer Support for assistance resetting passwords, logging into accounts and completing activities. They are available 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Customer Support can be emailed at support at xap.com<mailto:support at xap.com> or called at 800-468-6927.

LESSON PLANS
The Resources tab of your Professional Center account includes lesson plans sorted by subject area and recommended grade level. These lesson plans help educators incorporate OKcollegestart into their classroom assignments. Please feel free to use them as they are or make changes to fit your needs.

TRACKING ICAP PROGRESS
The Assignment & Curriculum Tracking Report allows you to monitor the progress your students are making on assigned ICAP activities. Directions for running the report are attached. You may also watch the OKcollegestart Running Reports video<https://youtu.be/F7v72AhIbHo> for step-by-step directions.

COMMUNICATING WITH OKCOLLEGESTART
As always, Sarah Sanders and I are happy to help. The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education continues to work remotely at this time.
