Attached is the final file layout for the nightly Vendor Interface to the People Soft system.  As indicated in Lisa's email there will probably be a procedures document that will be forwarded later.  Please direct any questions you have about the layout to Lisa.

I was told to send the Phase II sizing questionnaire to everyone including
higher ed.

I have been trying to get with Brenda because I believe she has a
'procedures' document that will go along with the layout.  She left for a
NASACT conference yesterday, but I am hoping to get a response on my e-mail
I sent her.  Do you want to go ahead and send out the layout and then
follow up with her document?

Hi Lisa,
We need to get the Vendor interface file out to the Higher Ed institutions.
The email you sent Ricky Steele on June 10th indicates the attached file is
the final layout.  Please verify that is correct and I will send it to the
institutions.  Also, does the Phase II sizing questionnaire apply to Higher
Ed since we will continue to interface?
