[Cobo] bills of interest-Purchasing

Please look at the following bills that impact our purchasing abilities and require that all purchases must first be done through the Prison Industries for items that they provide.  The house bill has already passed out of committee and will be heard on the floor.  The senate bill will be coming through the committees.  It is important that you address with your legislators the impact of the bills.  Please alert your Presidents and others who are in touch with the legislative body as well.
