Subject: Important Notice of AP/GL Business Process Flow Open Forums


Due to scheduling conflicts with some critical end users, the AP/GL
Business Process Flow Open Forums (scheduled for 7/22 and 7/23) have been
canceled and will be rescheduled within the following 2 weeks.  We want to
give as many end users as possible the opportunity to attend these very
important meetings.

Please notify your agency finance people of this cancelation as soon as
possible.  Thank you for your patience in this matter.
