BWP revisions have to be completed and submitted to OSF Budget Division no
later than October 17, 2003, 5:00 pm.

This includes all operating, capital and 700 fund budgets.  By this October
17 deadline, 700 Funds must have positive budget balances.

Processing will begin again on November 3, 2003.
