[Cobo] Summer 2006 Concurrent Enrollment Waivers

Please use the attached form to submit the number of concurrently
enrolled senior students, number of hours and the amount of dollars
waived during the past summer 2006 term.  Please be reminded that the
reimbursement policy allows for senior students only and up to six
credit hours for semester.

 

We will use the data collected for the allocation of reimbursement
dollars at the September State Regents' meeting.

 

For this reporting request, please simply complete the attached form and
email the form back to Sheri Mauck, smauck at osrhe.edu, by close of
business, Friday, August 25th. Thanks.
