Federal Tax Payment Processing Email Address and Required Information

The email address, accounting at omes.ok.gov<mailto:accounting at omes.ok.gov> is to be used for reporting journal entries recording federal tax payments in PeopleSoft Financials after Go-Live, December 10, 2015, for payrolls effective AFTER December 31, 2015.

The email should include the following information:

  Subject:  12/20/2015 (date when entered) Federal Tax Payment JE

  Body:

  1.  Agency #
  2.  Contacts Information
  3.  Journal ID
  4.  Screen shot of ACES system where federal tax payments were entered

Please reference the attached screen shot to see an example of how the email should look.

Feel free to send a test email and a response will be sent back verifying receipt.  Please enter "Test" in the subject line.  Please refer back to the the November 3rd training.  See link below for the training PowerPoint and recording.
