Please be reminded as you seek board approval for any projects - both equipment and real property-for which you intend to seek reimbursement from bond proceeds to have your boards approve the reimbursement resolution in the form attached.

This was part of the discussion from the fall session workshop that came about as a resulted of an IRS Review.
