[Cobo] SRA6 for FY2020

Business Officers:

The FY2020 SRA6 online report survey is available for entering FY2020 institutional income and expenditure data.  The web address, USER ID and password are the same as prior years.

The link to the survey is http://survey.osrhe.edu/cgi-bin/SRA6scheduleslog.html

The Excel workbook to complete Schedule 95 and the fringe benefits, and the SRA6 instructions are attached.  Please email Schedule 95 to ycollier at osrhe.edu<mailto:ycollier at osrhe.edu>.

The due date for submitting all schedules is Wednesday, December 23, 2020.

  *   Login and passwords are case sensitive. Use the tab key to navigate through the form.
  *   Please refer to the instruction at the login page on how to set the compatibility which will impact the ability of the schedules to self-calculate totals.
  *   If you need to interrupt your work on the survey, verify your login/password at the bottom of the schedule and click the "Submit" button.  This will allow you to return and complete the survey at a more convenient time.  Any data entered into the program will be retained for your review and editing when you resume.
  *   Totals should calculate automatically as you tab from each field.  If you change previously entered data, please tab from that field so that new totals will be calculated.
  *   The software for the SRA6 was upgraded since FY2014.  Should you experience totals that do not self-calculate, please input the totals manually.
  *   After completing and submitting a form, you have the option to return to the login page and continue with another schedule.  The “continue link” may not work in all browsers.  If it does not, you will need to return to the login page using the original link.
  *   If you want a hard copy of the completed form, print the form after entering the data.  You may need to use the landscape option on your print control.
