I just heard back from upgrades.  Unfortunately the 2nd and 3rd aren't available.   The next earliest after the 6th is the 14th and 15th.

I've heard back from all of our team and an earlier date would work for them.

So if there is any way we could upgrade on the 2nd (or even the 3rd), we would greatly appreciate it.  Our faculty who teach intercession are very nervous about the 6th because their classes are already on such a condensed time frame.  1 day of downtime is often equivilent to 1 full weeks of work.  And the last upgrade didn't go very well and really had a negative impact on their courses.

I know you are checking with your folks to see if the 2nd or 3rd would work.  I just wanted to let you know the status from the user group.
