We received two help desk requests with this issue again about 9:00. I was able to login, but just wanted to give a heads up.

The app1 server was giving the 500 error. D2L service manager was running as well as sub services. Still investigating the issue. App2 and App3 are ok. I restarted the D2L service manager and the website on App1 came back online. All three App servers are currently online.

Yes. It suggests a problem with one of the app servers. Frank, can you please check on this or forward to someone who can? Thanks.

Chris,

I have had a few calls about HTTP 500 errors from people trying to access D2L from home. Do I contact Frank at OneNet to see if there is a known issue?
